Refund Policy

1. Unopened Bottles
Return within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details or photos. We'll replace or refund, and cover return shipping.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Special orders, personalized bottles, clearance items, or opened bottles (unless defective) cannot be returned due to legal restrictions.
4. How to Return
Reach out via email or phone to start the process. Pack securely in original packaging and ship with a carrier that allows alcohol.
5. Refunds
Processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made
an error.
6. Exchanges & Store Credit
Prefer a swap? We'll send a replacement or issue credit for future purchases-just let us know!
