Join us for an intimate wine class with Edgar Torres, founder and winemaker of Bodega de Edgar in Paso Robles.Inspired by Spain and shaped by California, Edgar’s wines give grapes such as Albariño, Garnacha, Tempranillo, Carignan, and Mourvèdre a distinctive Paso Robles expression. During this guided tasting, Edgar will share his journey, his winemaking philosophy, and the stories behind a special selection of Bodega de Edgar wines.Spain gave us the grapes. Paso Robles brought the sunshine. Edgar puts it all in the bottle.

How does the Viniamo Wine Club work?
Once you choose your tier—Bronze, Silver, or Gold—you’ll receive a curated selection of wine each month chosen by you during our in-person monthly tasting. Members also gain access to exclusive events, wine education, and early access to new releases.
Can I customize the wines I receive?
Absolutely! During tasting, you can chose your wine based on your preferences (red, white, rosé, or sparkling), and we’ll tailor your monthly selections accordingly.
When will I receive my wine each month?
We delivery our club selections once a month, the following week after the wine tasting. You’ll get a notification once your wines are on the way.
What’s the difference between the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers?
Each tier offers a unique experience:
- Bronze: Great for casual wine lovers, includes up to 3 bottles/month.
- Silver: Perfect for enthusiasts, includes up to 3 bottles + premium/month + winemaker class invites.
- Gold: Designed for collectors, up to 4 bottles + 1 premium/month + VIP access to events, free winemaker classes, rare wines, and perks.

Do I have to commit long-term?
Nope! Our Wine Club is flexible. You can change your tier, or cancel anytime—no hard feelings, just great wine.
What if I miss a tasting?
You still receive your wine, we will send you the list of wines and you can pick based on your personal preference.
